Yes it's true! State and local government entities will no longer have to go out to bid for a new color copier. Fisher's Document Systems is the authorized dealer for Lanier copiers.
For low to moderate volumes, Lanier will be offering their latest color models including the D425c, D435c, D445c. In terms of color speed, these units are rated at 25cpm, 35cpm, and 40cpm respectively. For higher volumes, the C155 is available and its color speed is rated at 50cpm.
As opposed to using pulverized toner particles that result in uneven shape and the production of large amounts of CO2 in manufacturing, this new generation of color copiers uses toners that are chemically “grown.” These toners are smaller and more uniform in size for improved image quality. Further, because they consist of polyester resins, there is no need for fuser oil. As a result Lanier’s new toner offers much better definition, which yields superior image quality on every page.
All of the models can be networked for printing and color scanning capability and offer a variety of paper tray configurations that feed thick stock for complete flexibility in the office.
These machines truly are an outstanding value for the government office as the color cost per page is about half the cost of the traditional desk top color laser printer. For more information or pricing, please visit our Government page.
