On December 10, 2008, Fishers Document Systems is hosting a Canon Technology Show to help Boise office equipment users get more out of their machines.

Copiers are nothing more than an office tool in a business.  Many users don’t know or understand how to use the technology to improve their productivity.  Most users only use the copier to copy and print.  Some have started to scan documents but are doing it inefficiently.   One can’t blame the users because they don’t know what the capabilities of the copier are.  They receive a 20 minute training session when it was installed and that’s it.

Fisher’s Document Systems is hosting a Canon Technology Show on December 10, 2008 to help Boise users get more out of their office equipment.  Canon technology is loaded with functionality that will save time and allow them to perform tasks they couldn’t before.  Scanning is the big area where training is needed.  Scanned documents can become extremely large and will clog up an exchange server and eliminate electronic storage space before you know it.  There are several things a user can do to eliminate these problems without buying additional software.
