Our Twin Falls and Idaho Falls expansion has been keeping me busy over the past few months, but I sneaked in some time recently to upload two new videos to Fisher's YouTube channel.
The first video is from our Chairman,
Gary Mahn. Gary has been doing a series on practical business lessons he has learned over the years. In this latest installment Gary answered the question, “How do you hire a great team?” In case you don’t have time to watch the clip, Gary's abridged answer is that he looks for three things when hiring: capability, willingness to do the job, and most importantly, team fit.
For the second video, we asked several employees what they liked most about working at Fisher’s, and then recorded their unscripted answers. I love that everyone brought a different perspective to the question. And Joe is right- the popcorn on Fridays is a great bonus!
