New Innovation Video: Names In Stone
Main / Open Mic

Most people probably don't think of cemeteries as cutting-edge, but thanks to David Day and Names In Stone, that perception is changing.

One of the most fun things about my job as Customer Advocate at Fisher’s is that I get to meet new and interesting people. Recently I got the pleasure of meeting David Day from Gateway Mapping (a division of J-U-B Engineers). David’s company specializes digital maps, and a few years ago they realized that cemeteries could greatly benefit from their mapping expertise. That idea grew into a website where both municipal cemeteries as well as volunteers can upload and view maps of cemetery graves.

You can check out our whole interview with David on our YouTube channel, and learn more about cemetery mapping on David’s website, NamesInStone.com.
